Music is what it is largely about, after all, you wouldn't be investigating a DJ entertainment service if you didn't want music to complete your wedding or other event.

As an entertainment service, we don't make the assumption of being able to wheel out all the classic hits and expect everyone to get up and dance.

With a bit of guidance from you and with a few prompting questions, generally we can learn a lot about what music is likely to work or not work.

Motiv Entertainment is about music, and all forms of it. Whether you want us to play Jim Reeves, the Kaiser Chiefs, Dizzie Rascal or New Zealand music such as Sola Rosa, six60, Kora or King Kapisi - we have a genuine love of all things music - and a collection to match - be it mainstream or alternative.

DJ Motiv has spent a number of years working for a variety of different radio stations including classic hits, rock, student/alternative and Iwi radio. This is the foundation of both a solid collection and a wide knowledge and appreciation of music.

What's more, we maintain one of the most up-to-date collections of music, often getting our hands on music well before they hit the charts.

This list is merely to give an idea of the depth and spread of songs that I have. The collection contains over 30,000 titles so would be impossible to list in it's entirety here. Songs marked by an asterix also available on video. Songs without video can still be played in a video mix using customised displays.
